How is operational performance measured for Sellers?
Sellers do not have the same requirements as Vendors from an operational standpoint, but Amazon still keeps track of their performance and will suspend sellers who do not meet their standards. Although the risk of suspension is higher for merchant-fulfilled ASINs, FBA Sellers can also be suspended for an Order Defect Rate above 1%, including chargeback and A-to-Z claims, or too many product policy compliance violations.
